Emmi® Patient Education

At Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, LLC, we believe in patients taking an active role in their own health care. The medical decisions you make, in conjunction with your doctor, are enhanced through knowledge and information gathering. To help you in this process we are proud to offer a unique patient education program called Emmi.

What are Emmi Programs?

Emmi is a series of web-based programs that make complex medical information easy to understand. The programs help educate you on what to expect with a specific procedure or surgery. Most Emmi programs take about 20 minutes to complete. You can view them as many times as you like. We encourage you to share them with friends and family anywhere in the world. All you need is access to the internet.

After you schedule a date for your surgery, please provide us with your email address. You will receive an email from Emmi with an access code to view specific information about your upcoming surgical procedure. If you do not receive an email from Emmi, please contact Valerie at 312-432-2352 or vmckenzie@rushortho.com.
